Shipping policy
At Hitekon.com, we want to provide our customers with a seamless shopping experience, including reliable and timely delivery of our air purifiers. Below is our shipping policy for customers in the United States and other countries:
United States Customers: For customers in the United States, we ship our air purifiers from our American warehouse. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, which usually takes 2-3 business days to arrive. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional fee, which takes 1-2 business days to arrive.
International Customers: For customers outside of the United States, we ship our air purifiers from our warehouse in China. The shipping cost will be calculated based on the weight and destination of the package at checkout. The estimated delivery time is usually 7-14 business days. However, due to the current global situation, shipping times may vary and be longer than usual. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may be imposed by their country's customs agency.
Order Processing Time: We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with the exception of weekends and holidays. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, please contact us at support@hitekon.com.
Delivery Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package's delivery status on our website or the carrier's website.
Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or issues that may arise due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Shipping Restrictions: We do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Additionally, some countries may have restrictions on the import of air purifiers or certain types of products. It is the responsibility of the customer to check their country's import regulations before placing an order.
